Meetings are held on the fourth Monday of the month (no meetings in May, June, July and December) at Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church (143 Chota Center, Loudon, TN) in Tellico Village. The meeting format is as follows:

Social 2:30 p.m.
Business Meeting 3 p.m.
Adjournment 5 p.m.
