GFWC OF TELLICO VILLAGE HOME TOUR AND EXPO

SPONSORSHIP LEVEL INFORMATION

Sponsoring is key to enabling the GFWC-Tellico Village Women’s Club to support local organizations through charitable giving. This year will feature four lovely homes, all located in Tellico Village, and we anticipate that a few hundred participants will tour them and visit the Expo. The Expo hours are from 1:00-4:30 pm.

What a great opportunity for your business to receive great advertising and promotion to the residents of Tellico Village. Residents and visitors in our community will see firsthand your generosity and commitment to the many charity organizations we serve. We are setting a goal to raise $30,000 for charity, and sponsors are a big component of that amount.

Below are listed the Sponsorship levels and their benefits.

PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSOR: $800.00

  • A prominent table location in the Expo at the Yacht Club – including extra space for possible displays as needed to interact with attendees.
  • The company name is on a sign placed at each home on the tour.
  • The company name and sponsorship level are printed on the Home Tour ticket.
  • The company name is also listed on all print and electronic media advertisements.
  • The company name is listed on the Welcome banner at the Yacht Club entrance.
  • The company name and sponsorship level are listed in the Sponsor/Donor brochure, which is provided to all Expo attendees.
  • The company name is listed on the Expo bag given to each attendee
  • NEW  The company name is listed in the Tellico Village Network (TVN) television segment.
  • NEW  The company name is on an individual sign placed near the Yacht Club entrance.

GOLD LEVEL SPONSOR: $600.00

  • A standard 6′ table in the Expo at the Yacht Club.
  • The company name and sponsorship level are printed on the Home Tour ticket. The company name is also listed on all print and electronic media advertisements, and the Welcome banner is displayed at the Yacht Club entrance.
  • The Sponsor/Donor brochure, which is provided to all Expo attendees, lists the company name and sponsorship level.

SILVER LEVEL SPONSOR: $300.00

  • A standard 6′ table in the Expo at the Yacht Club.
  • The company name and sponsorship level are printed on the Home Tour ticket.
  • The Sponsor/Donor brochure, which is provided to all Expo attendees, lists the company name and sponsorship level.

Other Support Opportunities

Should you not be able to participate in any of our above-mentioned levels this year, please consider a monetary donation or providing an item for a door prize/gift basket. Your generosity will be noted in our Sponsor Brochure, which each attendee receives.


Registration and Payment Information

GFWC-TV is a 501 (c) (3) charitable organization. All sponsorships are tax-deductible. We require all sponsor fees to be received by August 1st to ensure your name is printed on the 2026 Home Tour ticket. Complete the Sponsor Registration Form and pay for your sponsorship:
