To register as a Sponsor:

    1. Each sponsor must complete the 2026 Sponsorship Registration Form and enter your company name as you would like it to appear on all promotional materials.
    2. Two payment options are available for your convenience:
      1. To pay online using PayPal, please select the sponsor level you prefer ($800, $600, or $300) from the dropdown box below, then click the Buy Now Button.
      2. To pay by check, please make a check payable to GFWC – Tellico Village and mail it along with the completed registration form to: GFWC-TV, P.O. Box 507, Lenoir City, TN 37771
